Combat and cure food allergy with Ayurveda

Food allergy is a medical condition in which the immune system of a body identifies any foreign content that could be your food or any particular ingredient found in your food and conducts itself in an anomalous way. Usually considered similar to the condition of food intolerance, however, these two cases are totally different, as both of these have varied underlying reasons.

There could be even the minutest quantity of an ingredient in your food that could enkindle enormous problems. And these problems show up immediately on your skin, body, internally as well as externally.

How about you try to solve the problem by taking a few steps. A few lifestyle changes here and there and your life is sorted.

  • Avoid triggers: Simple and basic. Why go for things that turn your life into a living hell. Analyze your eating habits, try to see this for yourself what is that specific food or any ingredient that is causing you problems.
  • Avoid hard digesting foods and that can increase inflammation inside the body
  • Use natural essential oils in your daily routine like that of Peppermint and Eucalyptus

Peppermint Oil

Flush the toxins of your digestive tract and reduce the chances of inflammation that is caused by the food allergy. Relieve yourself from the various food allergy problems like itching and headaches.

On daily basis take minimum 2 drops of oil by rubbing the oil on the roof of your mouth. Directly put 2 drops into a glass of water and drink it.  This soothing oil would help soothe your digestive system.

Another option here is to apply this essential oil to your abdomen, temples and the bottom of your feet.

Eucalyptus Oil

It is known for helping with the symptoms of food allergy. Consuming this oil will help open the sinuses, lungs, improve the circulation, reduce the symptoms of food allergy. Bestowed with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties it flushes out the toxins of your body.

Applying this regularly to the temples and chest will help solve the problem to a great extent.

Causes

Could be genetic or at times the outside environmental factors, not anything, in particular, can be blamed as sometimes the family history or hereditary is found guilty of passing it forward.

No particular cure is the reason for eliminating it but precautions and ayurvedic home remedies have been proved a lot helpful and harmless in combating even the most chronic cases of food allergies. Though remedies do not work overnight but slowly and over a period of time help maintain a balance of the situation.

If you have a food allergy then in the worst case scenarios you can develop some drastic problems like hay fever, asthma, and eczema.

No promised cure but Ayurveda lessens the impact and betters the condition.

Keep your meals really light because if you are already facing the problem of food allergy you cannot afford to distress your system any further. Therefore, take light easy to digest foods. Avoid processed, oily food, especially extra spicy food that might create a havoc in your gut.

Increase the consumption of fluids, preferably homemade raw juices. Processed stored juices only worsen condition because of the preservatives and color and flavor chemicals found in them.

Massage various herbal oils, essential oils at least twice a week to circulate blood in your body. The enhanced blood flow will smoothly remove toxins from your body.

As stress also plays an equal role in worsening things inside your body, making imbalance in your hormones. Essential oils and herbal oil massages come into play at that time as these relaxes and relieves you from various mental and health issues.

Yoga comes to the rescue for all things, therefore, it should be done on a regular basis even if you are facing any particular problem yoga aims at every little problem.
